Kevin Thatcher

Founder

Kevin founded Thatch Computer Consulting in 2002, bringing extensive expertise in IT solutions, strategic consulting, and complex technical problem-solving. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking Systems from Ferris State University and numerous industry certifications, Kevin manages strategic direction, oversees large-scale client projects, and leads internal technical training initiatives.

Scott Milnes

CEO

Scott joined Thatch in 2024, bringing extensive experience in organizational growth, strategic management, and operational excellence. As CEO, he directs corporate strategy, operational planning, and long-term business development, positioning Thatch for continued growth and innovation.

Luc Cole

Vice President

Luc has been integral to Thatch since 2009, focusing primarily on business development, client engagement, and customer satisfaction. With over two decades in the IT industry, Luc actively participates in high-level technical strategy sessions and provides expert guidance on complex client solutions.

Lynne Thatcher

VP of Administration

Lynne has played a critical role at Thatch from its inception, overseeing administrative functions and human resources. Since 2019, she has concentrated primarily on strategic HR management, policy development, and administrative efficiency, ensuring operational excellence.

Logan Daly

Director of Project Management

Specializing in cloud infrastructure, virtual desktop solutions, and hosted email services. Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software systems, Logan leads projects that enhance business continuity and operational efficiency for clients nationwide.

Nick Thatcher

Director of Client Services

Nick has been with Thatch since 2012 and directs the company’s technical services division. His expertise includes networking solutions, cloud-based email management, virtualization, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Nick ensures consistent service quality and technical proficiency across all client engagements.

Jim Coyer

Director of Operations

Jim joined Thatch in 2021, bringing three decades of experience in operations management. His responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, facilities management, logistics, inventory control, and staff coordination. Jim plays a critical role in managing the company’s growth and maintaining operational efficiency.

Marty Skriba

Senior IT Consultant

Marty has been part of the Thatch team since 2018, providing specialized technical support in hardware diagnostics, operating system troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization. With an Associate’s Degree from Baker College, Marty excels at resolving complex technical challenges and supporting critical client systems.

Sam Aungst

Manager of MSP Services

Sam joined Thatch in 2019 as a Field Technician and progressed to lead the Managed Services division. He actively researches and integrates new technologies to enhance service offerings, ensuring clients receive reliable and innovative IT support.

Tyler Bryant

Field Tech Supervisor

Tyler joined Thatch in May 2022 as a Field Technician and quickly advanced to Field Tech Supervisor. Leveraging nearly ten years of corporate management experience, Tyler oversees technical fieldwork, ensuring quality service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Cameron Lowe

Field Tech Supervisor

Cameron joined Thatch in June 2023 and supervises field assignments, coordinates technician activities, and ensures timely resolutions to technical issues.

Matt Dunn

Senior IT Consultant

Matt applies extensive knowledge in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure to support client objectives. He remains abreast of current technology trends, collaborates closely with clients, and translates complex technical information into clear, actionable advice.
