Backups aren’t the most exciting purchase for your business. You don’t see it in action. It doesn’t help you do your job. But if you find yourself needing to recover data that was either erased, corrupted, or even worse, held hostage, you will look back and realize that a good backup solution was one of the best investments you made for your business.
We like clients to adopt the 3-2-1 rule.
- Three copies of your data. First spot is the original location of your data and then at least two copies of your data.
- Two different types of media for storage. (Local and Cloud)
- Keep at least one copy of your data offsite. We make that possible by sending a copy to a private encrypted cloud repository.
